As we enter into the final month of the first quarter, how is your heart doing? If you were to do an EKG on your spiritual heart, what would the results look like? Would the results have anything to do with other people’s behavior?

Matthew 5:8

Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

I am sure this scripture is familiar to you, however what exactly does it mean to be “pure in heart” and who is the “they” in relation to “they will see God".”

This weekly devotion is all about remembering,” ….. about pressing pause and being remembered to our divine nature which is pure, clean, unstained, etc]

Is this possible in our lifetime? Absolutely!

But we must fight the good fight of faith!

What do you think is the number one pitfall to this pure heart? In my 50+ years I have discovered the number one pitfall is FUD

  • Fear

  • Uncertainty

  • Doubt

So what is the FUD index reading in your world.?

The best person to answer this question is not us? It is the people who are in our midst.

Why is that Pastor? I’m glad you asked.

You see the second half of Matthew 5:8, in the original translation reads “they will see your God-ward action and motive as you allow your Godly nature to be seen (by others).”

Please don’t take my word for it. Look it up in the Strong’s Concordance.!

Friends, we are empowered to prosper (blessed) as we allow, rivers of living water to flow out of our belly (heart).
